KASKADA is all about mentoring. Since 2015, the RBU vision for the KASKADA Brand has been to develop KASKADA Guilds [KASKADA PEN, KASKADA LENS] which mentor Roma teens and young adults in writing, photography, graphic art, and online and print-based publishing. Through KASKADA Workshops and one-on-one mentoring,the goal of the KASKADA GUILDS has been to encourage and resource aspiring writers and artists to recognize, nourish, and realize their God-given giftings and therefore to resource future development of their 'voices' and advocacy for the Kingdom of God and in turn to encourage other Roma young adults to do the same.

Below are examples of the KASKADA Magazine and the KASKADA GIRLS Magazine which were published digitally by RBU's KASKADA GUILD in which some featured photograhy, articles, and poetry are published work created by KASKADA PEN and KASKADA LENS apprentices.

In 2025, RBU will begin again under KASKADA PEN and KASKADA LENS to mentor young Roma writers, and photographers, alongside graphic artists to produce and publish additional digital editions of the KASKADA MAGAZINE and KASKADA GIRLS MAGAZINE in multiple Roma languages.
